We already see what the channel is doing with your products.

What Skulytics Does
Skulytics is a product data syndication platform for appliance, furniture, and mattress manufacturers. A manufacturer sends their catalog in whatever format it already lives in, whether that is a spreadsheet, a flat file, an ERP export, or a direct API connection. Skulytics normalizes it into one consistent schema and delivers it to retailers, platforms, and buying groups through a single REST API, so every partner receives the same specifications, assets, documents, and program data in the same structure.

Access is governed by Brand Authorization. Every data point is either public, available to anyone using the API, or authorization-required, delivered only to partners the manufacturer has cleared. Manufacturers can also fund API access for retailers in their network, so dealers work from official specifications at no cost to themselves. Skulytics operates as infrastructure rather than a marketplace. It does not list products for sale and does not sell to a manufacturer's retailers.
Where Product Data Goes Wrong
You Did Not Approve Most of What Retailers Publish About You
Product data reaches the retail channel through routes no manufacturer set up. Spec sheets forwarded years ago, PDFs pulled from your website, third-party aggregators, and retail staff filling gaps by hand. None of it comes back to you for approval.
Policy pricing is communicated rather than enforced

Enforcement works, but most policies do not enforce

State consequences
Do not state consequences
59%
Only 41% of MAP policies clearly state consequences, and brands with clear enforcement see 40 to 80% fewer violations.
A different version everywhere
Every retailer publishes a different version of your product. Field names, units, and attributes are inconsistent, so the same SKU appears with different specifications depending on where a customer is shopping.
Corrections do not reach everyone
Corrections do not reach everyone. You fix a specification at the source and the old version stays live on retail sites that got it from somewhere else.
No visibility once it leaves
You have no visibility into where your data ends up, or what the channel is charging. Once a spec sheet or price file leaves your building there is no record of who holds it, and no view of what retailers are actually advertising.
Restricted data travels with the rest
Restricted information travels with everything else. Rebate structures and program terms are for specific partners, and a file cannot enforce that distinction.
One Source, Governed by You
Standardize It. Govern It. Fund It.
Skulytics is the layer between your product data and the retail channel. Three things follow from that.
Standardization
Your catalog is normalized into one consistent schema and delivered through a single API to retailers, platforms, and buying groups. Specifications, dimensions, feature sets, assets, documents, certifications, and rebate programs arrive in the same structure for every partner, so the same SKU reads the same everywhere.
One schema across your full catalog
Specifications, assets, documents, and certifications in a single payload
Updates propagate on your schedule rather than on someone else's collection cycle
No API required on your end. We adapt to what you already have.

What You Get
Every Data Point Is Yours to Decide
Flexible intake
Intake through spreadsheets, flat files, ERP exports, or direct API where you have one
Designed for Scalable Retail Networks
Built for Modern Retail Distribution
Enterprise brands without a partner-facing API
Large catalog, large dealer network, and an ERP that does not expose a clean endpoint to retail partners. Data still moves by internal email blast or FTP drop.
Skulytics closes that gap. If your retail network is working from spreadsheets, catalog size does not change the problem.
ERP flat file, export, or direct API integration
Handles high-volume catalogs
Scales to large, multi-tier dealer networks

Best fit
50 to 500 SKUs, regional to national distribution, no existing API infrastructure.

Best fit
Brands with established retail networks and no partner-facing API. Company size is secondary. The qualifier is the distribution method.
How Skulytics Compares to a PIM
Every data point is either public, meaning available to anyone using the API, or authorization-required, meaning delivered only to partners you have cleared. You decide which is which, down to the individual field. When a client requests data, Skulytics resolves those rules at the API layer and returns only what that client is entitled to receive. Configurations are set up with our team.
